My DIY Pompoms & Cupcakes plus party crafts

Cute things for my baby cousin's Christening last october 8.

I love these onesies I ordered from a crafts' store in Manila. Since I laid eyes on the store's creations my mind was flying what, when and who's birthday or event I should order for. And when the opportunity for my cousin came in, I quickly informed my tita for she planned to have me make one for the christening of her baby.

Don't you just adore these?

I got these cute lil shoezies as favors and I placed candies and chocolates inside. I think having this as a give-away is soo adorable even without the chocolates. haha!

I had it made in three colors, blue, violet and green.

And then I made some Vanilla Cupcakes with Butter Cream for dessert.

They're yummy! haha!
For the dessert table: made some banderitas made of colored paper, displayed my cupcakes and the shoe favors.
The arrangement is still unfinished in this photo, so it looks kalbo. There's still other desserts that wasn't displayed yet and I was supposed to hang pompom balls on top of the table but I had no time to make it since I was already late for the blessing as a ninang. haha!

I had pompom balls made earlier that day though, that's what I used as table centerpieces for the guests. They were even amazed of the craft. LOL Too bad I wasn't able to take a photo of it but here's  a sample pic as an inspiration.

Made it in this color and in violet.
This is just easy to do and there's no fuss in spending on expensive decorations coz it's just made of japanese paper. You can even make this as decors for Christmas, just buy red and green jap paper and voila instant lantern balls.

Again, more pics on my cupcakes. haha!
